If you are dissatisfied with the response to your complaint, you may contact the Consumer Direct or, if your claim related to Personal Injury service you may contact the Claims Management Regulator. Details of how to contact the Consumer Direct or Claims Management Regulator will be included in the reply which is sent to you by us.
